1. Shipping Costs
We know you can’t wait to receive your order! That’s why we process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.
Our shipping costs are as follows:
✔ Free shipping on orders over €120 within Benelux and Germany.
✔ For orders under €120, shipping costs are €4.95 within the Netherlands and €6.95 within Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.
✔ Shipping to other European countries costs €12.95, and international shipping costs €19.95.
2. Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
- Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany: 1-3 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
4. Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. We recommend choosing an insured shipping option for valuable items.
5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For international orders, additional customs fees and import duties may apply, and these will be the responsibility of the customer.
