Returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@creerenello.eu to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Requesting a Return

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

● Your order number.
● The reason for return.
● Proof of the issue (if necessary).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries as soon as possible with a video or photo of the item so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the desired item immediately.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

● All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
● We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
● Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
● All return packages should be sent using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
● Ensure that your return request is approved—returns without approval may not be processed.
